{Anime Season Preview} Summer 2013

This is a list of all the anime from the summer 2013 season that I will be watching and reviewing. I've linked them to My Anime List (like Goodreads but for anime) so you can read the synopsis there. I'll be posting reviews of anime from the spring 2013 season soon and also of a few that are older.

Makai Ouji: Devils and Realist by Studio Pierrot & Dogakobo

Blood Lad by Brains Base

Free! by Kyoto Animation

Gatchaman Crowds by Tatsunoko Productions

Kamisama no Inai Nichiyoubi by Madhouse Studios & Starchild Records

Rozen Maiden (2013) by Studio Deen
I'm confused whether this is a continuation of the original series or a remake.

Kiniro Mosaic by Media Factory, Studio Gokumi, Showgate

Fantasista Doll by Hoods Entertainment & Amber Film Works

Hakkenden: Touhou Hakken Ibun by Bandai Visual, Studio Deen, Sentai Filmworks
(It's the second season that's coming out but I'm going to watch the first season as well)

Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya by Silver Link
(I've never watched Fate/Stay Night so this might be a problem..)

That was a total of 10 animes I will be watching this summer season! There might be some that I won't be watching after the first episodes and if I do make it through the whole season, I'll be posting a review. DNFs will be posted on the blog as well. Any anime you're excited for this summer?

  1. You know Ariella? The guy with spiky white hair from Blood Lad reminds me a lot of Hitsugaya from Bleach! XD Oh well, I think I won't have time to watch all of these since school's starting next week :( but on the bright side, I'm almost done with SAO...just two more episodes :P

    1. I don't watch Bleach so I wouldn't know.. Blood Lad is one of the ones I'm unsure about. I don't know if I would like it since I'm a bit iffy on the drawing. Too bad you won't be able to watch all of them. When I do watch them, I can tell you which ones are the best! Yay! Finish SAO!!

  2. I really ought to watch some anime, eh? I've been hearing about how additive and amazing it is but never gotten round to it. -.-

    Thanks for sharing, Ariella! <33
