Falling Kingdoms was okay. I liked the different kingdoms but sometimes it failed to keep my interest. I really don't like switching persepectives either and that made me fail to make much of a connection with the characters.
This one is one my TBR list cause it's fantasy and I LOVE fantasy. :) Yeah, multiple POVs can either make the story better or backfire, especially if the POVs sound almost the same! I'm sorry that you couldn't like this book more. :(
ReplyDeleteI can't give a book a high rating unless I connect with characters, and sorry to hear you couldn't do that

Wow, that surprises me-I have always seen positive reviews for this. A connection is always important, I agree. Thanks for being honest!
ReplyDeleteAww, I was so looking forward to this booK! But all I hear are Blah reviews that they didn't enjoy it as much as they would have thought! I heard there was a lots of characters too so I guess that's why the switching POV couldn't have worked out.
ReplyDeleteWhat a disappointment!
